Our staff can help assist you when you're facing issues with your insurance policy or coverage. We'll work with you to try and resolve your issue. Our offices are located on the 5th floor of the Capitol.
Hours
Department offices are open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m and Fridays from 8 a.m to noon.
Many employees work remotely, including consumer assistance team members. We encourage you to call ahead to ensure someone will be available to assist you.
