Notes
  • Plans C and F are no longer available to individuals who were new to Medicare on or after Jan 1, 2020.    However, Plan F along with Plan G both offer high deductible plans.  With these plans you must pay for Medicare-covered costs – Ded, coins and copayments up to a deductible amount of $2490 before the plan will pay anything. 
  • Plans K and L pay 100% of covered services for the rest of the calendar year once the yearly out-of-pocket limit is met
  • Plan N pays 100% of the Part B coinsurance except for a copay of up to $20 for office visits and a $50 copay for emergency room visits that don’t result in an inpatient admission.
  • All plans cover 100% of the Medicare Part A coinsurance and hospital costs up to an additional 365 days after Medicare benefits are used up.
