Prescription Connection is a program of the North Dakota Insurance Department that assists citizens of all ages in acquiring prescriptions that might otherwise be unattainable.
A person may be eligible for assistance through the Prescription Connection program if he or she meets the following requirements:
- You must be a North Dakota resident.
- You do not qualify for any state assistance programs for prescription drugs.
- You have low income and/or you have financial challenges affording your prescriptions.
However, each individual pharmaceutical company has its own eligibility criteria.
For more information or to schedule an appointment, please contact the Prescription Connection program at (888) 575-6611. You may also begin the process by filling out and submitting the Prescription Connection Intake Application (SFN 58370).
Additionally, the Partnership for Prescription Assistance, North Dakota Drug Repository Program and NeedyMeds can all be of service in helping to find the prescription assistance program that’s right for you.
