Notice of Public Hearing

In accordance with N.D.C.C. §26.1-10-03(4), you are hereby notified that the North Dakota Insurance Commissioner (“Commissioner”) will hold a public hearing (“Hearing”) regarding the Form A Application (“Form A”) of John J. Scott, Sr.’s ( “the Applicant”) planned acquisition of control with Westminster American Insurance Company. The public hearing will be held at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, the 7th day of June, 2024. The hearing will be held in the Sakakawea room of the North Dakota State Capitol located at 600 E Boulevard Ave in Bismarck, North Dakota.
